We stayed for 2 nights in July at Downland House, The room was lovely, clean and the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in (room 1), views from balcony were amazing. The hosts were very welcoming and lovely people.. A must stay for anyone wanting to visit Woolacombe.

We've just had the pleasure of three nights at Downland House and have nothing but praise for it. Our room was very big which was bright and clean. We hadn't booked but seen they had vacancies. Lovely owners and fantastic room. Exactly what we needed. Room was clean and fresh and views where stunning. Cannot fault downland house; perfect location (only a few minutes walk and you are on the beach), spectacular views from your own private balcony of the rolling countryside and the Sea, the room was beautiful & v.clean, hosts are lovely too!
