There's not many places with the stunning views of Woodbury Park and the whole atmosphere of the setting is calm, warm and friendly. We organised a large family party in the Greg Norman suite and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, responding to planning emails quickly, then on the day, nothing was too much trouble. lovely room with a view over the golf course spa facilities good. Although jacuzzi was not working. would also benefit from a steam room. Set in spectacular grounds Woodbury has the potential to blow you away. There is ample parking and beautiful scenery. Lovely setting in beautiiful Devon countryside. Lovely golf course. Not a lovely hotel. Decor more suited to a roadside lodge, ie characterless, dull & un-exciting. Apparent 4* Hotel, let down massively by poor service. Shame as idylic location and good leisure facilities. We wouldn't stay here again more
