Devon valley is right on the banks of the estuary with lovely views across to teignmouth and the Devon countryside, It is a average sized park and in some area's the caravans are a little close to one another, most caravans have an allocated parking spot near by, ours was in the middle of the main carpark marked with our... Shalon was a lovely place but the accommodation wasn't t great when we first went in! It was unclean when we first went in....we were in a standard caravan! I loved the entertainment and thought it wasn't too bad! Lovely food at the Boathouse and Oars and Rollocks! Overall not to bad but annoyed at accommodation!

We stayed in a chalet for a week. It's a really lovely site and my (now) husband and I actually got engaged on a weekend away here a few years ago which is why we came back. The chalet is basic, but suits our needs as we only really wanted to sleep there anyway. The staff were really friendly and... More

We stayed here the first week in August 14. It was a last minute booking for a week and we were very sceptical after reading mixed reviews. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely surrounds and views. Unfortunately that's were it ends. Our accommodation (schooner chalet) was very poor! And doesn't even warrant the word basic! We didn't... More

Although when booking we had been told that the chalets were basic we were not expecting to step back to the 1970's (although there was a microwave and a 14" colour tv fron the 80's). Before booking through hoeseasons we had asked the bookings person what there was for kids to do on the site and was told there was... More

Just got back from a two week stay. First impressions, a nicely laid out quiet site. We had requested a chalet close to clubhouse as my husband is disabled and we got a Cutter chalet, 2 doors away from the entrance. This suited us fine, although we were disturbed at night by people leaving the club. The chalet was 2bedroomed.... More

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Childrens entertainment was good and on park facilities much better than expected. The pool was good and bar/restaurant had a lovely view with great food. We had a great time and look forward to returning again in the future

We've just got back from a lovely holiday at Devon Valley. We stayed in the Galleon Chalet which is a two storey chalet. Lovely and spacious for myself, husband and three children. Near to all amenities too and double glazing so kept out most of the noise. We had to puchase electricity when we got there. We got £5.00 worth... More

We are not the sort of people who moan or find faults but this holiday has been appalling.....We had a shower that leaked sewage, also leaking underneath! Broken glass, and also a broken pan, rooms to small so two family members slept on the kitchen floor ,absolutely terrible , the oven doesn't work! There isn't anything to do for my... More
