We stayed with Jeni & Stuart In May this year and were so impressed that we booked a five night stay for September with my brother in law and his wife. From the moment we arrived and served tea and scones we were made to feel most welcome. The personal touches in the room, fresh flowers, a decanter of Port... More

Such a beautiful house in a stunning location just outside Kingsbridge. The hospitality from our hosts was perfect. Homemade scones on arrival, great introduction to the area and potential places to visit, beautiful cooked breakfast and gift on departure. All the attention to detail and little touches make this place a cut above the rest. If you're going to South... More

Keynedon Mill is well located and this beautiful property has been renovated to a high standard. The setting is tranquil and apart from the occasional car passing along the lane you only have the birds for company. We spent two night in the Gardenia room which we found to be very comfortable. The guest quarters includes a nice lounge which... More

Stunningly beautiful location, and the atmospheric furnishings and decor very attractive. We were welcomed with a hot drink and delicious, home-made cake in the lovely conservatory overlooking the grounds. Enjoyable breakfasts of good quality and preparation - especially Jeni's individual servings of homemade yoghurt, fruit compote and Granola, However, a jarring note for me personally, and which has unfortunately coloured... As other reviewers have said, this is a truly exceptional place to stay with hospitality to match. The house and grounds are beautiful and Jeni and Stuart are welcoming and thoughtful hosts. We stayed for 2 nights in Orchid room which had a fantastically comfortable bed and a lovely shower room, which although not ensuite was only a few steps... More

It would be hard to overstate the excellence of this guesthouse which maintains the highest standards throughout with two expert hosts at the helm. Jenni and Stuart are both highly professional, yet warm and welcoming, and this is reflected in an atmosphere of calm serenity throughout. The guestbook in the Snug is full of delighted comments, thank you cards stuck... More

Without question this is the best B&B I have stayed in anywhere! Uncompromising quality from the booking through to arrival and the whole stay. The hosts Jenni and Stuart are at ease with providing a consummately high level of experience across the B&B board! The old mill has rarely seen better days if ever, and the MIller's Cottage that has... More

We visited Keynedon Mill in October for two nights and would recommend it without hesitation. We were given a warm welcome by Stuart, managing admirably without Jeni, who was away for the weekend. He struck the right balance of being attentive, whilst allowing us the freedom to do our own thing. The decor is tasteful and very well maintained, looking... More

All the reviews before ours are so on the button!! There's not too much to add, other than the fact that we had no expectations at all, no recommendations from anyone, just the hope we would love it and we did. Everything was perfect, even down to the little bird that came home with us!! Jeni and Stuart are so... More

We had been recommended to stay here by relatives but even our high expectations were surpassed. The welcome was lovely, we arrived late afternoon and Jeni showed us our room then made us a lovely pot of tea and coffee each with delicious home made cheesecake! We stayed in the Gardenia room and it was beautiful, clean, spacious and our... More
