You will be hard pushed to find a cleaner, accommadating place to stay within easy walking distance to sandy beach, harbour and shops. Room decor, tea coffee making, flat screen tv and comfortable bed with crisp clean bedding along with en-suite bathroom with toiletries is excellent. Several interesting ornaments in adjoining lounge to observe as you enjoy a well cooked traditional breakfast served by... More

For £30 per night including breakfast, this B & B is a little gem! I had a single room - which although, quite small, was well decorated and did everything it needed to. I had plenty of storage as well as a tv, tea & coffee making facilities, an en-suite bathroom and a comfy single bed. I was out and... More

Enjoyed a 3 night stay at Breken Guest House. It is comparable to many other similar houses in the vicinity. Our twin room was clean and the beds comfortable but the en-suite was just a bit on the small side! Breakfast was quite good with a choice of cereals and cooked food. There were 2 dogs in residence & allowed... More

Really enjoyed our stay at the Breken Guest House. We had a very comfortable, clean room with ensuite and the breakfasts were perfect. The owner, Tonia, is very warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend it.

Spent a very pleasant eight nights at the Breken Guest House. Good room, good breakfast and central location. Had never been to Exmouth before and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Well done, Tonia, on running such a great place.

My wife and I stayed here for one night in the winter whilst attending a local Christmas Ball. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff and owner on arrival and stayed in a very nice, clean and tidy room with en-suite. The rates very very reasonable and breakfast was perfect. I have stayed here before, on my... More

I stayed at The Breken Guest House for a week end with my 5 year old grandson and was a bit apprehensive, but no need. We were made to feel so welcome. They made a fuss of him and nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect for town and beach and although no on- site parking I was... More
