Thank you so much for a super stay in every way!! Really lovely and helpful people. B&B is in a great location. Our room was absolutely spotlessly clean, very homely and comfortable. The towels were lovely and fluffy. The room was well equip with kettle, toiletries, hairdryer, and there was access to an iron which saved the day. Breakfast was... More

We stayed two nights in this cosy B&B. Rachel and David were very welcoming, and helped us plan our day. Delicious breakfast. We walked to Sidmouth - and taxi back. Hope to return in the summer. Alex and Siobhan

This was a real find, parking to the rear, character property and great hosts. Nice touch was fresh milk for your room which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was excellent and all locally sourced. We walked down the hill into town for an evening meal and in the morning went for a stroll along the beach. A truely relaxing stay

This was a real find. David and Rachel are first class hosts. The room we had was large, more like a mini suite, and spotless. Breakfast, cooked by David to order, was excellent, quickly served by Rachel, and was a great start to the day. The Swallows has a very good location, only 3 mins walk from the promenade. We... The Swallows was a great find, as I was booking accommodation for my recently completed SW Coast Path walk, and would certainly stay there again if I was in the area. It was very quiet, which is extremely important for a good nights sleep, and the room was lovely and clean which made getting out of bed difficult the next... More

This is a great place to stay in Exmouth. Rachel and David are great hosts, very friendly. The room was very clean and was serviced by them each day of our stay. A welcome touch was the provision of bottled water each day. The guest house is in a great position, being 3minutes walk to the seafront and just ten... More

The location to the seafront was very good 3 or 4 minutes walk. The accomodation was very clean and fresh looking and although the room was not large it was comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and toilitries provided in the bathroom. The dining room was bright and airy and the breakfasts were very good with a good choice... More

Visiting this b+b was a delight. The welcome was warmand friendly. The room was perfect for us. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room with the choice of fresh milk, fab. We both had a great sleep. Breakfast was the best i have had away in years with the benefit of locally sourced ingredients. This place is well worth... More

We stayed for one night on 8th May and we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from David and Rachel the owners. They had lots of information on the area to hand in the dining room, including maps and books. Our room was spotless, warm and cosy. We had a lovely tea tray and a very comfortable bed.... More

We had a lovely weekend away at The Swallows. The breakfast was very nice. It's just a 5 minute walk to the beach so a very good location to visit Exmouth and the surrounding area. The owners were very attentive and happy to offer advice for best places to eat or places to visit.
