We stayed at the Langstone Cliff for 5 nights with 3 children (13,11,9) and a dog! The family room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. A great place for a short break. There is access to the cliff path and you are really well looked after. Family run business which has that personal touch rather than just being part of a chain. Plenty to eat and a pool inside and out, tennis courts to work off the scones..

My husband, 12 year old son and I spent three nights here last week. Excellent facilities, indoor and outdoor pool, table tennis and snooker table and a huge tv!! Excellent staff, very welcoming and efficient. Dinner is quite expensive so we opted for a couple of bar meals which were very good and a better choice for our fussy son!!

Old fashioned and values and in some ways old fashioned but that adds to the charm. Lots of food and entertainment. great for large family gatherings and for kids. Great location. the rooms were huge with extra beds in. Very clean and comfortable. Right on sea front so greta views and walks available

Lovely setting , staffing couldnt be more helpful, room was clean excellent sea view and the food was superb , all staff are very patient with children and as keen runners , the hotel is close to cliff path and sea wall walk into Dawlish (run), happily recommend this hotel as family orintated and close to a family friendly beach

Spent four nights here in a very comfortable room. Tariff included breakfast which was excellent.
