We stayed for 1 night in Room 10, which had an amazing sea/railway view. The room was spacious, bright and charming with everything you could need. The owner gave us such a friendly, warm welcome and we enjoyed chatting to her. Nothing seemed to be any trouble. The breakfast served in the room was lovely. Only niggle was that the... More

Me and my partner stayed at The Blenheim for my birthday from the 30th of March until the 4th of April and it was absolutely lovely. We were a bit apprehensive about the stay since it was so cheap! But its a right little gem along the Dawlish railway. Don't let the railway put you off! You are very close... More

wow, such a wonderful review We thank you for such a positive review and although we have been here some time, good reviews are still quite thrilling and we thank you for feedback and delighted a good time was had by all. To be by the sea is always a nice experience and Dawlish has envious vistas, particulary from The... More

Great place to stay, excellent location, leave the car at home as the bus stop is just outside and Dawlish railway station is only few minutes walk away. Try and book a sea view room especially the two rooms with balconies great for watching the trains go by! Alan and Anne the properties make everybody welcome and cannot do enough... More

A review from a satisfied customer is always very nice to have particulary if it is a returning guest We hope we will continue to offer a wonderful holiday experience as seaside accommodation is a treasure and a tradition which still remains mainly run by the independent sector, long may it stay that way. Thank you More

We needed a place to stay for one night only in Dawlish and booked this as it had a kitchenette in the room. We needed to make a flask of soup and sandwiches for the next day, so this was useful. It is located on the seafront with the railway and road between you and the sea. There are only... More

I stayed at the above for three nights, it was very clean and comfortable, I felt right at home it was like having my own bedsit, Ann was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating with my vegetarian diet and to have breakfast served in my room was a nice luxury with plenty to choose from the menu. The view overlooking the... More

My experience of the Blenheim was brilliant. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was top notch and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend wholly and if work or holidays take me back to Dawlish I will be staying here again.

Rooms have a lot of light and the beds are really soft. Ann is the host and is a power ball of a lady. Warmest and kindest hostess yet. She will accommodate almost any breakfast request and its really really great. Breakfast is served between 8-9:30. Rooms are kitsch and quaint but clean and lots of storage space for clothes....
