Rooms have a lot of light and the beds are really soft. Ann is the host and is a power ball of a lady. Warmest and kindest hostess yet. She will accommodate almost any breakfast request and its really really great. Breakfast is served between 8-9:30. Rooms are kitsch and quaint but clean and lots of storage space for clothes.... Our 4th consecutive annual Sept. long weekend. Need I say more? The owners go out of their way to be helpful yet are unobtrusive. We love it here! To fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the sea in 'Baywatch' room - wonderful! Ann, thanks for your attention and see you next year !

My husband and I stayed at the Blenheim last weekend while we had the difficult task of clearing my mum's house. It became an oasis of calm and comfort to off-set the chaos of trying to pack up possessions. The room was lovely and spacious and had the unexpected addition of a small kitchen area so we could make snacks... More

Another excellent week spent at The Blenheim. We don't really need to say a lot, because this is our 15th consecutive year spent in Dawlish, all at the Blenheim, so that probably says it all!! Lovely weather, & we were lucky enough to get a Balcony room upgrade. Thanks for that Ann. Roll on 2015.

The first time I've stayed at a bed and breakfast and had to provide our own towels.......and not got breakfast. Not impressed. The room was quite dated but the bed was comfy. Parking was next to non existent (unless you pay) but thats not unusual for the area. Don't think I'd bother to return.

We spent a week here self-catering in August and found The Blenheim to be everything we expected. Our room was Baywatch, on the second floor facing the seafront. The sea views are excellent and the room was clean and comfortable and good value for the money we paid. The location is ideal if you want to explore other areas in... More

We booked two rooms. The family suite and a balcony room for my wife and me plus our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren on the day of the Dawlish Air Show. We watched the show from the balcony and had, quite literally, the best view in Dawlish. Our rooms were just superb and the family suite was incredible. Anne was... More
