A really friendly hotel with excellent breakfasts, legendary. The most I have ever had for breakfast with a choice of fresh fruits, cereals, full English and toast with local marmalade. Nikki and Ian are excellent hosts and are knowledgeable about the local area.

Just returned from a weekend at Lyme Bay House. Nicki and Ian are superb hosts, Nicki even helped me out with a sewing job when I found I had snagged the new dress I was wearing to the wedding we were going to. What service ! just had a stay at lyme bay house on a short break,ian + nikki very accommodating and welcoming hosts,nice clean room and a excellent breakfast to start the day we will definitely stay again next time we travel down to Dawlish no need to look elsewhere. martin + jo

Just stop at Lyme bay for two weeks while working and I will miss the place Lyme bay is one of the cleanest places I've stop and staff was amazing and the breakfast was something else will be bringing the family down as soon as I get the chance 10/10
