I came on here to review & thought - why bother? The reviews are excellent, and to be quite honest, I would be really annoyed if they weren't. We arrived there to go to Gidleigh Park for lunch. No taxis available and John actually took us there which is way beyond his duties of doing his B&B ! The food... More

Now know as the Chagford Inn, I stayed for one night whilst in the area. The accommodation is recently renovated into (probably) the old stables, really well done with great king bed and shower room. Very fresh in white and spotlessly clean. Very friendly hosts who did a great evening meal in the main restaurant. Unfortunately I had to move... More

I stayed there recently and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation is of the highest quality and the food is delicious. The chef uses locally sourced ingredients with imagination. A perfect place to stay... More

We needed a budget room for two nights as we were attending a local wedding. This ticked all our boxes! Right where we wanted to be, character room with enough space for two, realistically priced, breakfast extra which suited us, friendly staff and brilliant beer!

Stayed with mates at the Bullers arms for a couple of days in june. They have 3 rooms for B+B in a separate building round the back. The rooms were comfortable clean and quiet. We dined in the pub both nights, the food was great. The pub and rooms have character and charm and the staff could not have been... More
