The 2 meals for a tenner and looking lovely initially attracted us to this pub .the food was great as was the pint I had but most of all the staff where brilliant with us and in particular our children.it'd just a pity there is not one of these pubs in lancaster

We stayed at the Dartbridge Inn for 5 nights last week using Tesco points/vouchers and we were looking forward to a relaxing stay in South Devon. The following are our observations whilst at the Inn. If you approach from the A38 going south the Inn looks OK but from the other direction you could quite easily drive past. The outside... More

We use this place many times usually for a lunch time visit during the week and found it to be ok. However on calling in for a roast last Sunday it was a different matter altogether. We were warned they were busy and there would be a wait of approx 40 minutes We did not mind this but when our... More

This is the second time my son and I have stayed here. We came back as its in a great position for visiting Pennywell Farm and Dartmoor. The twin bedroom has a view of the River Dart but does have the road noise. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms well equipped, though bathroom is a bit dated but... More

Stayed here for 1 night whilst we were looking at properties in Devon. We chose to Stay at the Dartbridge Inn as we was able to get the room at a reduced price as it was on a special deal. Very basic room, not worth the full price though. The walls to the room was hollow which meant that we could... More

Although the Dartbridge Inn is in need of a refurbishment the bedrooms are clean, it is good value and we enjoy the Pub and the area it is in. It is always a good breakfast and the staff are very friendly so we keep go back.

We spent two nights here using Tesco vouchers. Our room was at the back with a roof window overlooking a flat roof and extractor fan, fortunately there wasn't a problem with noise overnight. The room was quite small and tired as far as décor goes (beige bathroom suite!) although it was very clean and had hairdryer, iron and TV. We didn't... More

We were greeted with a large pot hole in the enterance and an unkempt car park when we arrived. Upon booking in the young lady who attempted to do this for us had locked the computer terminalshe had to get the Chef who was in her kitchen uniform to unlock the screen not very hygienic, just a quick look round... Stayed here for 7 nights. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The twin room was fine, plenty of space, very clean and the beds comfortable ( although the duvets provided were far too hot for this time of year). The bathroom was spotless and the shower easily used. Hairdryer provided. The road outside can be a bit noisy... More

Our check in on arrival was quick and easy. The main area of the hotel, bar, restaurant is nice and well maintained. The area of the rooms is tired and in need of some tlc. The floor of the corridor to our room felt like it was soft and insecure. The room itself was clean and adequately furnished and the... More
