We absolutely loved staying at Sampford House! Cleanliness and facilities excellent. It is in a great location with fantastic views. There is loads to do in Brixham and the surrounding area. My husband and I stayed here for three nights from 12th April and had a lovely time. The owners were friendly and helpful and gave us a map and suggested places to eat as well as giving us some vouchers for local attractions. The location is perfect - our room had harbour views. We've just visited as a base to house hunt in South Devon. Car parking was even closer this time - just down the steps to the harbourside. Even in mid winter the rooms are cozy, the beds comfy and the welcome warm. Breakfast is plentiful, freshly cooked to order, and you'll run out of room before the supply of tea... more

just returned after another great weekend at the sampford. this B&B is in an ideal location overlooking Brixham Harbour and very well run by the owners Tracey and David. well worth a visit. more
