Definitely the best bed and breakfast we have stayed in. If you are rather fussy about cleanliness & high standards then Brookside is an excellent choice to explore Brixham, Dartmouth & surrounding areas. Had a two night stay in what can only be described as a "luxury B&B" equivellant to a good quality hotel but with the personal touch. The breakfast was excellent, more than ample and a wide choice. John and Tess are great characters and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would'nt hesitate to recommend. more

The unassuming exterior of this property hides what must be one of the best B&B experiences in S W England. We stayed for 3 nights and would unhesitatingly recommend this for a peaceful break. Located far enough from town to be quiet but not so far as to be beyond walking distance the Brookside experience is one to be savoured.... more
