Went on a golfing trip for the weekend and stayed at the Quayside.. A great location overlooking the harbour, with very friendly helpful staff, a comfortable room in what is an old building and very good food. It's not a top quality hotel but it is really good value.

Spent five days in the Quayside and thoroughly enjoyed it. The bedroom we were in was quite old and dated and in need of a facelift. However seeing as it was advertised as a 'snug' double it was more than adequate for our needs and clean and tidy. However, because of the sloping roof in the bathroom, my husband had... More

This is great hotel in a great location over looking the Quay in Brixham. We stayed last weekend in the heat and the rooms all over the hotel were just swealtering. They dont have any air-con (not that you would expect any in a hotel of this age). However that was a real problem for us as you just could... More

I cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough, a quaint and quirky interior with real character. The staff are most helpful and cannot do enough for you. The restaurant serves the most delicious and very tasty food. Don't miss out on this charming place. So much to do in Brixham and a wonderful place to lay your head at night, a... More

The room was spacious and pleasant. We thought we'd booked a sea view but instead we had a room that opened onto a rather large courtyard/patio. Very pleasant to sit in the evening for a nightcap. The patio had access to several other levels which meant that other people could access this area from their rooms, as well and there... More

We took our dog by prior arrangement and so had a room without any view. We had been forewarned of this so were prepared for it. The room itself was pleasant and well equipped. The hotel has a cosy atmosphere with a very pleasant lounge and small bar. We ate at the restaurant on our second evening and really enjoyed... More

Stayed here for the weekend with family. Set up surprise for birthday ... the members of the hotel couldn't have been of more helpful. The rooms are very comfortable with amazing views. The breakfast was substantial. Fantastic location for exploring the town and easy access to boat trips to Torquay and neighbouring towns. Would love to visit again and have... More

My family booked 4 adjoining rooms for a surprise birthday celebration at this wonderful location. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our surprise for the guest of honour ... They were extremely welcoming & friendly - wanting to be part of the event. The rooms were charming & well equipped with amazing Harbour views. Part of this... More
