What can we say! excellent, lovely stay, great hosts,very welcoming, brilliant breakfast set us up for the day. would recommend the kippers - lovely. “What more can one say....”

This being our 3rd visit to this guest house,2nd visit to The Brixham Pirate Festival.We arrived on Friday evening and were greeted with a warm welcome by Pete & Jan.As usual the room was spotless,the breakfast-a full English or Kippers-sets you up for the day.We would recommend to everyone,only a 10 minute walk to the harbour.Stayed here for 3 nights... “Very warm and friendly with clean rooms”

Very friendly and thoughtful hosts who suprised us with a little treat at Easter for all the guests. Rooms were clean and food excelllent. Went above and beyond looking out for the delivery of some suprise flowers for my partner. All in all a lovely place to stay.
