From the beginning, we had a lovely and friendly welcome with tea/coffee and homemade cake. There is a large, bright, comfy lounge for guests to use with an attached conservatory where breakfast is served. The room we had ("Ocean") had two windows so was very light with a nice view. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Not only was there... More

I stayed at Kingsacre for a week whilst surfing at Saunton Sands, which is just down the road. Nigel and Linda's home is absolutely beautiful and very clean! It is a few minutes walk from the centre of Braunton and a few minutes drive from Saunton Sands. Nigel and Linda are wonderful hosts and made sure I had everything I... More

I spent 3 nights in a very welcomming atmosphere. Linda and Nigel made the impossible possible, together with the seaside and Braunton: Feeling relaxed and recovered in this short period of time. You are not simply a guest, you feel more than welcomed and appreciated. Andrea

We stayed for one night whilst I was walking the South West Coast Path. We would have liked to have stayed longer. The room was fabulous, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, great shower with a fabulous view over the fields. Linda and Nigel were a wonderful couple and very interesting and engaging. Thoroughly recommended.

Just spent 3 nights here and had a lovely stay. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Our bedrooms were tastefully decorated with beautiful views over the countryside. Would recommend it to anyone and would return next time we visit Devon. David and Chris

We undertake a number of short breaks in the year but without doubt we always feel more relaxed on returning from Kingsacre than from any other destination. The hosts Nigel and Linda make this place feel special from the moment you arrive. They go above and beyond to assist with choices for activities to immerse yourself in during the days... More

A couple of weeks ago my wife and I stayed at the Kingsacre House B & B after reading all the previous reviews left by other guests. From the minute we arrived we weren't disappointed. Linda and Nigel were to hand offering lot's of tips on local attractions and restaurants. At the time of our visit Nigel was on crutch's,... More

Excellent clean accommodation in an excellent location with nearby village, pubs/restaurants and beach. Very friendly and helpful host who welcomed us with afternoon tea and cake - especially welcome since we arrived during one of the biggest winter storms ever. Still got in two big walks though!

We stayed here for 2 nights 7-9 Feb 2014 as we wanted a central base to explore Braunton while we researched schools in the area as we are planning a move to this lovely village with our two small boys in the Summer. The B&B is immaculately presented and decorated in a beautiful vintage, beach style with lots of local... More

Myself and my partner had a brilliant stay with Linda and Nigel. They are possibly the two friendliest B&B owners I've met and made us feel totally at home and gave us great advice about the local area; really up for a chat but not at all intrusive, just perfect. The room was beautiful and immaculate with a super comfy... More
