What a beautiful location and B&B. I have had a wonderful stay and would return myself and will suggest it to others who are looking for a place to relax and enjoy devon in all its glory! Amazing food, perfectly cooked food to order and very accommodating to all our needs! Thank you!

We stayed for 3 nights in July 2014 as we had friends staying on a nearby campsite but weren't prepared to camp ourselves ! The accommodation is lovely, clean and fresh with a slightly "beach" vibe. Linda and Nigel are wonderful hosts. There are just 3 rooms and they are all fantastic. We stayed in "Dune" which has the smallest... More

We chose to stay here as we were attending a friend's wedding. Upon arrival we were served with fresh homemade cake and coffee, very welcome after the long drive. Gluten free bread was available for my breakfast, which for once made me feel like I wasn't being awkward. The room was lovely, and we had a really enjoyable stay. Thank... More

We stayed for 2 nights mid week in July 2014 as we had a wedding a few miles from the B&B. We were greeted with a drink and piece of cake which was a lovely surprise! Linda and Nigel were very welcoming and tried to make our stay as easy as possible. Breakfasts both mornings were lovely and arrived very... More

From the beginning, we had a lovely and friendly welcome with tea/coffee and homemade cake. There is a large, bright, comfy lounge for guests to use with an attached conservatory where breakfast is served. The room we had ("Ocean") had two windows so was very light with a nice view. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Not only was there... More

I stayed at Kingsacre for a week whilst surfing at Saunton Sands, which is just down the road. Nigel and Linda's home is absolutely beautiful and very clean! It is a few minutes walk from the centre of Braunton and a few minutes drive from Saunton Sands. Nigel and Linda are wonderful hosts and made sure I had everything I... More

I spent 3 nights in a very welcomming atmosphere. Linda and Nigel made the impossible possible, together with the seaside and Braunton: Feeling relaxed and recovered in this short period of time. You are not simply a guest, you feel more than welcomed and appreciated. Andrea

We stayed for one night whilst I was walking the South West Coast Path. We would have liked to have stayed longer. The room was fabulous, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, great shower with a fabulous view over the fields. Linda and Nigel were a wonderful couple and very interesting and engaging. Thoroughly recommended.

Just spent 3 nights here and had a lovely stay. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Our bedrooms were tastefully decorated with beautiful views over the countryside. Would recommend it to anyone and would return next time we visit Devon. David and Chris

We undertake a number of short breaks in the year but without doubt we always feel more relaxed on returning from Kingsacre than from any other destination. The hosts Nigel and Linda make this place feel special from the moment you arrive. They go above and beyond to assist with choices for activities to immerse yourself in during the days... More
