Stayed here with a friend, for the second time, recently. I cannot recommend highly enough. The owners have a perfect balance of being attentive, whilst giving space for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, finished to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious with stunning views of the sea and the legendary Burgh Island Hotel. I recommend Summer... We had a fantastic long weekend in Kim and Tony's family suite. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful, assisting us with taxis, dinner reservations and groceries. The rooms with adjoining en-suite were clean and spacious, with refreshing tea trays. The breakfasts were delicious and made to our requests! The area is stunning - you can enjoy the coastal views from... More

Visited this rather special place on a very sunny September weekend. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble for Kim and Tony .We booked the family suite which was superb with every home comfort and spotlessly clean and even included gluten free biscuits on the tea tray. (Thankyou Kim).Beds were superb and gave a great nights sleep.... More

For a walker the location is excellent, close to the coast path. My room and en-suite were large, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The view must be one of the best in the SW. I was made to feel like an honoured guest by Tony and Kim and sent on my way with a superb breakfast. I must definitely return.

Walking the South West Coastal Path. This B7B was superb. high quality accommodation and extremely comfortable. Very helpful advice about walking the next day and booking a table for the evening in a local Bistro. The breakfast was excellent and I was able to choose my cooked option rather than just being given a cooked full English

This is an amazing place to stay - definitely to be recommended!! Kim was so welcoming after we had walked 16 miles on the coastal path. Our room on the first floor was very comfortable with plenty of space, and great en suite with best shower of our trip (and lovely big fluffy towels!). Breakfast was fantastic! And it was... More

We have just got back from a fantastic weekend in Bigbury on Sea. Right from the minute we arrived we were made to feel at home by Tony and Kim who are very thoughtful and friendly hosts. We were in the downstairs family rooms which were perfect for our visit with our teenage sons. We will definitely be staying there... More
