We loved this small privately run hotel. Situated a short walk from the beach and with stunning views over the sea this is a wonderful place to stay - and like other guests we met there we look forward to returning. The double bedroom was stylish and comfortable whilst the public rooms were well stocked with books, magazines and places... more

Friendly, welcoming, attention to detail. Rooms were comfortable, with wonderful views. The food and service were excellent. We will be returning there, unlike overpriced Soar Mill Cove around the coast at Salcombe more

This place was a tonic and charming in every way. Delightful views, small but well-furnished bedrooms and good food. The owners have given great attention to detail in retaining the period charm of this lovely old hotel, but the rooms have good facilities and are very clean and comfortable.
