I was staying in Guernsey for just one night, and the meeting I had to attend clashed with the start time dinner was to be served that evening. The receptionist smiled warmly and said she would see if she could arrange for a sandwich to be made up for me. I was touched they should have done this. The rooms... More

We first stayed in the Hotel in1998 and have been eating there every year since. Always a freindy greeting, excellent food and reasonably priced. Get there for 6:45, else you wiil see the specials board wiped clean. Parking at the back, but a narrow passage way for careful drivers.

Grange Lodge was the most reasonably priced place in Guernsey. I did not why until I stayed there. I arrived in the evening and the receptionist booked me in. She failed to offer to show me to the room but fortunately my son was there to do this. The room was stone cold. We put on the nightstore-type heater and... More

I stayed at the Grange Lodge for 10 nights in a row, while I was on a working trip to Guernsey. The hotel appeared quite dated at first, but everyone in the hotel was friendly and helpful and this made me feel very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and clean - towards the end of stay it felt almost like home!... More

Have stayed here on 4 occasions and not been let down. The various rooms I've stayed in have been spacious , clean and comfortable. Located just up the road from St peters port its the right side of the island for more life and shops. Great food available in the hotel bar. I enjoy the sirloin steak or roast of... More

The hotel was good - rooms clean, breakfast good and on the whole the service is good, One negative for me was the poor service of a younger lady at breakfast - very aggressive when serving and didn't put you at ease! Maybe a language thing, as English was not her first language but could definitely soften her approach to... More

Grange Lodge is conveniently situated about a 10 minute walk downhill to the town centre and port. It is on the route of several buses which makes returning to the hotel much easier. The Hotel is situated at the edge of very attractive grounds which also contain self catering accommodation. There is a bar on site which provides meals for... More

This hotel is just 'okay'... I checked in to my room on the third floor and had the windows open trying to get some fresh air flowing through (no air con there) when next thing a chap on a ladder pops up and peers at me through the window doing some outside maintenance!.... It's plus point is the outside heated... More

An acceptable if dated hotel. Reasonable room, great if you like 80's décor. Breakfast was ok, nice dinning room with a view out on to the garden. Well situated within walking distance in to town. Possibility of parking outside on the driveway.
