We had a short break at the end of October staying for three nights in a very clean 2 star room overlooking the bay. The location of the hotel is a big plus giving fantastic views but without the possibly heavier traffic flow and extra noise associated with some of the other hotels further along the coast (at least whilst... Needs updating but room was clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was hit and miss but in the bar lunch time meals and evening meals excellent. The pub next door have a good cliental especially on Fridays when they do a meat draw and open the box which we enjoyed, The staff were very helpful and Marcia especially stood out... More

This hotel could only improve by refurbishing the bedrooms. However, everything else about it could not have been bettered. The food was good, there was plenty of it and the service was exemplary. The location was perfect for our needs too. Beautiful coastline, lovely walking and/or driving. The whole island is literally loaded with FREE scenic car parks, all with well... More

Good=location bars restaurant Bad=rooms Stayed in room 30 on the second floor which was in need of a full refurb shame that the room was so tatty because there are other nice features like the bars, restaurant and the location. I would return in the future if I found out that the rooms had been refitted and redecorated

We returned yet again to this favorite haunt. If you want peace and good walking, this is a brilliant place. We do not drive and having the bus stop outside the door was a boon. \I enjoyed my breakfasts and meals at the Brasserie very much. The portions are generous at the Brasserie. The decor is a little dated but... More
