There's a lot about this hotel that could do with updating, fixing, or frankly, starting from scratch BUT very friendly staff worked hard to look after us and it was ok for our needs and quite a bargain for a late summer break. The brasserie food was good, with enormous portions. The kids loved the pool. The housekeeping service was... More

We enjoyed our stay here 5 nights 13/18 August 2015. on B&b Basis, & great choice of breakfast there was.. Lovely helpful, hands on staff. spacious room, unfortunately my partner who is slightly disabled, forgot to ask for ground/first floor.. as there was no lift. Morning newspapers on hand , lots of car parking, a bit way out for walking... More

Had a great time at this hotel the room was perfect for what we needed and with one window facing the seafront great view. The staff A++++ the food was lovely and well worth the money (recommend the mixed grill) although everything looked tasty no shops locally but for a £1 bus ride to the town you get to see... More

Having worked in the basic & best hotels in Guernsey we know standards. We married on the Island before returning to the "Mainland" in 1995. We read the reviews and decided that we would compromise staying in a "posh" hotel and stay at the L'eree Bay and enjoy the food others had raved about. As it was our 20th wedding... More

Stayed here with family the bar was the nicest looking place in the hotel, rooms were under basic, one morning we all woke up from a dreadful smell from the sewage, food was good, breakfast ok, Staff miserable, across the road is a beautiful Indian restaurant make sure you try it! I would not return to this hotel definitely 1*,

The hotel is in need of updating i.e.: an electric shower would have been good as the mixer shower was very temperamental! The decor is a little tatty in some areas but the hotel is clean. Our towels were changed every day and bathroom cleaned. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.I had awful trouble trying to get my... More

Very basic hotel, very dated. Room spacious but not much else going for it. Shower very strange, was broken but did work surprisingly well. Hand basin in bedroom which was a bit odd. Unfortunately when other rooms used water, it gurgled through the pipes so loudly and for so long that it disturbed us, sometimes quite early in the morning.... More

14 members of our family spent the week 23rd to 30th May at this hotel and had a wonderful time. There were 6 children (aged 5 to 10) and 8 of us adults. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and with lovely sea views. The staff were very helpful, and the food was excellent, good value and enormous portions (even the very... More

Not the most modern of hotels, on first view it appears dated and maybe in need of a little TLC, but our room was more like a bedsit than hotel room, there was one area with the usual beds, wardrobes etc, and then an area near the large window with a table and 2 chairs there was also a large...
