We stayed two nights in a simple but comfortable sea view room. Excellent shower and adequate facilities. Busy bar on the ground floor serving good food. Breakfast was first class. Staff were all efficient and friendly. We will choose it again.

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. I had asked for twin beds, which we had, plus a lovely view from our window. The room itself was large although a tad shabby - scrapes in the wall paper plus a large crack in the wall. The bedside lamps were halogen, and became very hot, very quickly. Not necessarily... More

We stayed for three nights, July 2014. Excellent location, bus stop outside and a few minuets walk to shops etc. Our room was spacious, very clean and well kept. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to order and a choice of continental was available. Overall we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Would certainly book again and... We arrived to an unmanned desk. When we went down to the bar the manager was on a laptop and didn't even notice us for 5 minutes then threw the Keyes to us from behind the bar The room was the worst place I have ever seen. Filthy walls and dust everywhere and the bathroom is in major need of... More

We stayed for 10 days in July 2014 and would recommend the hotel for short breaks- we upgraded to a sea view and were pleased we did as lots to watch. What could be better than a bar with decent food down a flight of stairs, chip shop walking distance, staff all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked... More

Stayed for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and polite. Had a great view over the harbour. the location is good. My room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was freshly cooked. You can see that Andy is upgrading all the time. While I stayed little things changed in the room for example a new TV was installed. I travel... More

Dear Sir, Thank you for your feedback. Firstly I apologise for the poor breakfast experience. The person serving is new however that is no excuse. I have now implemented an immediate training programme. this will hopefully resolve the issues in relation to the other points you have made as well. these were all down to a lack of communication. This... More

Booked late so choices were limited for a family of 4, with room working out at £120 incl breakfast for a family room on the top floor. Older people may find the climb challenging as it was some 3-4 floors before you reached the flat, but it was spacious with great views over Castle Cornet. Breakfast was cooked freshly after... More

I found a The Yacht Inn in St Peters Port to be a wonderful little spot, I really enjoyed my 24 hours there. The room was somewhat dated (to say the least) but the public areas were lovely. The German guy behind the bar was so helpful and extremely friendly too. Great location, highly recommended.
