Spent 3 nights B & B at a special rate. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was great. Room 304 (at back) was very quiet and had everything we needed. Location is perfect for exploring St Peter Port with lots of places to eat nearby. All bus fares in Guernsey are 60p for any trip, so very easy to get about.... more

We have just returned from a long weekend at Moores, and can say we was happily impressed. We do not often stay in chain hotels. However we was very happy with our experience with this Best Western Hotel. We had 2 suites on the top floor which considering what we paid for them were very nice and good value for... more

I have now stayed twice at this hotel and the staff couldn't be better. On my first visit I was not feeling too good and I was "nursed" by the reception staff. Most helpful and made my stay a most pleasant time. Thanks, Hazel. more

we stayed for 2 nights during the bank holiday weekend. Good location, so central I expected it to be noisy - but it wasn't. Had room only so can't comment on the food. Breakfast in Christie's opposite the hotel was nice though. Decent size room, comfortable bed, clean, newish bathroom. Weather was good while we were here and room was... more

This was one of the regular trips we made to Guernsey, as usual we stayed at Moores. The reception staff were very helpful in arranging our stay and were very friendly. As we do not have our own transport, we find the hotel is ideally situated in the centre of St. Peter Port. Dining is either at the in-house Conservatory,... more

Just returned from a one week stay, excellent hotel in good location, staff are very professional and pleasant. Chioce of 4 menus in conservatory restaurant, tried them all, food excellent and plentiful, so don't go if you are on a diet. The Library carvery is also very good value. Would certainly stay there again as would everyone who stayed during... more

In the heart of a fascinating historic town, with easy access to all parts of this beautiful island, Moores is the perfect place to stay, Excellent friendly but businesslike service, extremely comfortable rooms and superb food. The newly refurbished Conservatory Restaurant is a must also for non-residents - ambience, service, food are not to be missed. more

Stayed here as part of my UK cycle tour and this hotel I would say is the best I stayed in throughout the tour. Every member of staff I came into contact with was exceptional, their levels of service, friendliness, courtesy and just overall helpfulness was brilliant. Check in was taken care of very easily and with great help and... more
