Here are some details of a holiday . I can't beleive it !! Same room , Same problems, same things broke but 9 months difference !! Coincidence ?? You make your own mind up , I know what I think !!, short version : lift broke Aug 07 and June 08 balcony broke Aug 07 and June 08 Same old... more

Just returned from a Turkey and Tinsel break at St Margarets Lodge with 12 friends. Food was good, staff very helpful and plenty of local information available, most rooms were satisfactory; clean, warm but had very poor lighting. Excelent location with frequent bus service to all parts of the island. more

Someone else booked the St Margaret's Lodge for us - once the deed was done I mentioned to someone I knew and they gave a very negative impression of the place. I asked for opinions on the forum and gained mixed replies so I didn't know exactly what to expect. Anyway, here is my experience... Everything in the St Margaret's... more
