We too stayed at the Bon Port for the wedding at the beginning of this month (Oct). The hotel has a superb position on the clifftops with fantastic views over the bay We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful going out of their way to accomodate our every need, nothing was too much trouble for them. When... more

this hotel is at the very end of a lane the serves only this hotel - so NO traffic noise, right on the edge of the cliff overlooking the most spectacular bay and rugged cliffs beyond- so good that Renoir painted it about 5 times apparantly. It is a family run hotel with only about 17 rooms many of which... more

We have just got back from a 3 night stay at the Bon Port and I cannot rate it highly enough. The location is amazing, stunning views, tucked away but an easy trip into St Peter Port. The staff are all really lovely, friendly, helpful and professional. The food was fantastic, delicious, beautifully presented and the service was brilliant. The... more

The self catering accommodation is dated and the furniture very substandard. The kitchenette was filthy and the cooker needed repairing. The advertised heated swimming pool was unheated, covered and contained detritus. Food elsewhere was much cheaper. All in all, expensive and sub-standard with no apologies from owners or staff. Expensive at £930 for 1 week. The 'fun' golf course advertised... more

I stayed at the hotel while on business and i would like to say the views were awsome. I found the selection of menu's too much and there was a bistro menu that would take so long to read it i think the kitchen would have closed. The Guernsey menu was a good idea but the dishes were old fashioned... more

Just returned from a five night stay at the Bon Port. The Hotel is in a fabulous spot with great views across the bay. We had a delux sea view room (14) which was extremely nice and a very comfortable bed. This is a small quiet family run hotel - all the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The food... more

This hotel was fab- friendly staff who could not be nicer, the best views we have ever had, and wonderful food. We stayed in Peastacks Suite which is gorgeous. Cliff top walks straight from the garden, swimming in the outdoor pool, tea on the terrace. Wonderful. The only snag was the new patio being built outside our window- It'll be... more
