Staff friendly. Rooms clean and very comfortable. Excellent location next to sea with 18 hole Golf Course surrounding Hotel. I don't play Golf but there are only 2 18 hole courses on the Island and this one is highly regarded I was told. Food excellent whilst we were there and staff very attentive. La Grande Mare is mainly a Timeshare resort and golf club, not a hotel. The biggest consideration before staying there either as a hotel guest or time share swop is noise, especially if you have a suite above the restaurant or overlooking the pool.
