Paid extra for a balcony room, What a waste of money, this could not be used as the plastic chairs were dirty and both broken, Astro turf surface was also past its best, filthy. Under 13 rugby tour - very well looked after, good food, nice rooms. Dealt with a potentially difficult group very sensitively. The hotel helped to organise trips for our boys.
