We don't normally stay in "chain" hotels, but this fitted the bill: it is situated close to the centre of St Helier and has good amenities; it also has plenty of parking, which is a rarity in the town. It's easy to walk in from here to shops and restaurants if that's what you want, as traffic is heavy and... more

Our trip was planned very last minute and there were only one bedroomed suites left - so darn the expense - we went for it and didn't regret one single penny. We had room 423 and our room had 8 enormous floor to ceiling windows overlooking the marina, the castle and the bay towards St Aubin. Wonderful. Whether the tide... more

Me and my wife stayed here for a week in mid June in a suite . We were impressed by the room and views however surprised how small the bathroom was considering it was a suite . Most of the staff lacked warmth and welcome . When we arrived our room was not ready and a drink on the house... more

The hotel was very good with a nice size room and very comfortable beds. The breakfast had a very good choice and lots of waiting staff ensured that you were attended to very quickly. The pool was nice and warm and very quiet as well. more

We stayed a week here in August 2008, and had upgraded to a business room (which are larger with better views). The room was huge and well fitted, with a fantastic view of Elizabeth Marina and Castle. The bed was enormous, the bathroom really good, nice flatscreen TV, and the manager left a birthday present and card for my other... more

Had a lovely short break in Jersey staying in this hotel. Found the staff totally charming & helpful - even though the room maid took my (own) towelling robe for laundering (by mistake) I knew they would pull out all the stops to get it back to me! Our room was designed for wheelchair users so was spacious and with... more

The room we had been allocated had not been cleaned from the previous occupants it took 3 visits to reception and 5 hours to resolve. We went for a swim - no towels so could we use the towels from the room - (would if they... more
