We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. On check-in we were upgraded from a sea view room to one of the best rooms in the hotel - 5th Floor room which although not exactly a suite, the room was huge! The upgrade was a pleasant surprise and very welcome indeed! The hotel's location is fantastic, overlooking the Marina -... More

We stayed at this hotel for one week . The location is excellent especially as we had a room with sea view for which we paid extra. Our only niggle was that there was very little storage space for clothes as the wardrobe was small and there were only 6 very small drawers. Also there was no real dressing table... More

Had stayed here last year and had really enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a drink in the sun late lunchtime or early evening. When we visited for a long weekend the hotel was as good as we remembered. However over a three night stay we never managed to get a table on the terrace. The tables were often empty... More

I stayed here for 2 days and it had everything I asked for of a hotel and more. The location is brilliant, right on the sea front and very close to town. Plenty of restaurant choices around, however the hotel restaurant was very good. The staff found it a little difficult to comprehend unusual requests as they were all Eastern... More

Perfect location, glorious views on the beach marina and 16th century castle that is lit up at night! rooms were nice and clean toiletries were particularly nice and beds very comfy. Location cant beat particularly if your coming in by ferry a short ten minute walk easily done with our luggage. Did not really engage much with the staff as... More

The hole hotel feels sole less and purpose built, which it is. The rooms are functional and with a sea view offering an attractive scenery but they also feel sterile. The breakfasts are good but again the restaurant lacks character.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu for a week while we were in Jersey to get married. Our room was spacious, very clean and well equipped, with a lovely sea view. We ate in the bar and had a couple of room service meals, and the food was excellent. What really made our stay special though was the staff. From... More

Why the ferry and the castle - well that is the view that greeted us whenever we looked out of the window - the amphibious ferry that at low tide was a bus and at high tide a rocking and rolling boat thing. My wife and I always had a comment on the ferry passing. The room we had on... More

Don't bother upgrading to club class certainly nothing special. Rooms are standard nothing special the view of Elizabeth Castle is the only redeeming factor. People at the front desk were indifferent and often off hand and certainly NOT inviting. Breakfast was an adequate buffet but certainly nothing special. We stayed 5 nights for close to a thousand pounds and certainly... More
