I asked for decaf sachets of coffee and they were put in my room daily. The staff are all exceptional. The reception staff are so helpful and give advice where to go and... More

We stayed at the Norfolk for 5 nights from Sat 23rd August. The hotel was spot on location wise, just a short walk into town and not far at all to the nearest bars and restaurants. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was pleasant, help yourself to fruit juice and cereal and order your tea/coffee/toast/cooked breakfast via the... More

We stayed in the Norfolk Hotel for seven nights and had a fantastic time from the very moment we arrived. The staff are very attentive and offer excellent service and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The food was of a good standard for half board with the added pleasure of having a choice of options for both breakfast and dinner.... More

WE stayed here on a visit to Jersey for Battle of Flowers week. The holiday was a package organised by Channel Islands Travel so the hotel came recommended. All the staff from reception to dining room and chambermaids were friendly and helpful. The hotel was well maintained and well situated for local park and main shopping centre. It had an... More

We stayed here for a week in July and will definitely return. Rooms are basic but well laid out, very clean and the staff are excellent. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were polite and helpful and everyone greeted you with a genuine smile. We went to a couple of evening entertainments (won the quiz!!) and the Liverpudlian... A very clean, well maintained and fairly large hotel having 100 bedrooms and accommodating 170/180 guests. It is ideally situated near the main shopping centre (a 10 minute walk) of St Helier. The marinas, beach and bus station are all within a10/15 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are large, nicely decorated and furnished, adequately equipped with plenty of... More

The family run Hotel is so very friendly with helpful staff who cannot do enough to make it a great stay. The few nights of entertainment were great. My friend had a cycling accident while there and staff even drove me to collect her from the hospital (which is also good) spacious rooms. very good pool area.
