This is a very nice hotel , staff are very friendly and accommodating. The staff in the restaurant very helpful and the food is delicious and plenty of it. Hotel consists of Bar, Cafe, Gym and Pool and also a play area for kids.Wi fi is only in the reception, not in rooms. Outside smoking area and lift to floors.... More

I was very happy to be offered a great deal with British Airways for a two night break at the Mayfair Hotel. I was accompanied by my elderly mother (who was in need of a break away following her recovery from an appendectomy earlier this year), and the Mayfair Hotel was the perfect place to take her as it appeared... We have just returned from this hotel on a 3 night stay. The hotel was booked on a 3 for 2 night deal with free car hire through Jersey Travel. Got to say this hotel is perfect for location, cleanliness, friendly and a great selection breakfast each morning. Our room was very spacious, good powerful hot shower, fresh towels and... More

Clean hotel, large double rooms, large bathrooms, central location in St Helier. Great breakfast, friendly efficient staff. The leisure club at the hotel was adequate with a small but perfectly clean pool. Regally worth the money we paid, why pay more.

Ok, where to start? 3 nights rubbish sleep. Uncomfortable bed and constant traffic noise outside until gone midnight. Double glazing very old and thin. Lot of money spent on the bathroom which was acceptable; what was not was the state of the windows paintwork - see pic). Breakfast: buffet part good, ham, cheese, warm rolls and croissants, choice of cereals... More

we stayed for three nights during half term as a family and we all enjoyed our stay. Most hotel guests were older but the hotel made every effort to make us feel welcome as a family which I have not experienced in hotel with a similar clientele. The staff were all friendly particularly all those we met in reception. The... More

This hotel looks fairly new from the outside but is rather dated inside. The hotel may appeal to some, but it wasn't for me. There is no wifi in the rooms, only in the public areas and even then, the logon process is cumbersome. The bedrooms are very basically furnished. The lift felt as though it was about to break...
