the room was noisy from traffic lights right outside our window, it smelt very musty, the mattress was sunken with virtually no spring in it , the indoor pool was freezing and only allowed a max of 18 people, as a whole the food was good but the serving situation in the restauraunt was in my view very poor, guests... We have no record of any comments of this nature being made by guests staying with us. We do regard that we offer excellent value at the hotel and do genuinely try to attend to the needs of our guests when these are made known to us. Much new double glazing has been fitted to the road fronting bedrooms (these... More

Just returned from this Hotel on Jersey the food here is very Fine Dining and could not be faulted with an exstensive choice of Menu and all fresh produce I would not hesitate to give 5 stars. Tha Staff are a delight and nothing is to much trouble they will do anything you ask of them, and are willing to please... More

We have just spent a week at the Norfolk Lodge and from the moment we arrived (quite late due to ferry delays) we were made most welcome. The manager and his staff were exceptional and all in all we had a most enjoyable holiday. Food very good and hotel very clean.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay, staying on a room only basis. Our room was very clean, infact the entire hotel is kept spotless. Rooms are well equipped with TV, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer. We did not find the room noisy and did not hear any noise from neighbouring rooms although this was probably... More

I chose this B&B as it was recommended as the best B&B in St Hellier however this is much more like a motel than any B&B I have ever been to! We stayed in room 15, on the corner facing the road and it was noisy both from traffic, with lack of double glazing and from the floor boards upstairs... More

I thoroughly enjoyed my couple of days at the Norfolk Lodge, the staff were very attentive and helpful during my stay, the food was delicious and the swimming pool was an added bonus - very relaxing! My room was clean and i couldn't hear anybody at night, which is rare in hotels! There was also enjoyable family entertainment in the... More

I have just come back from the Norfolk Lodge Hotel in Jersey. I stayed there for nine nights, and it was the best holiday we have ever had there. This was our 5th year staying in the Hotel, and everything was spot on. All the staff were so friendly, especially Beatrice on Reception and Mr De Castro the Manager they... More

"You'll love it here, the food is delicious", so commented one of the leaving guests as we arrived. Though initially we thought our room was a little old fashioned, blankets not duvet, and perhaps a little small and thin walled, it was meticulously looked after by the friendly cleaner. We were immediately impressed the next day by the well cooked... More
