Our family which includes my wife, 2 children and my parents have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years and have had a wonderful holiday each time. The family room is spacious with double bed, bunk beds for the kids, TV, bathroom inc shower and coffee / Tea facilities. Rooms are kept clean each day by the meticulous... More

Check in was good. Polite and professional. We stayed in the annex which did have an odour in the entrance which reminded me of some other hotels I have stayed in over the years. It wasn't unpleasant and the room itself had no such odour. Our room was very clean and tidy with flat screen TV. The beds were very... More

Overall our stay way good, breakfast was good, our family room has plenty of room, the swimming pool is a nice addition and staff were welcoming. The only problems we had was on arrival we were given the wrong room which had champagne waiting for the guests as compliments of the staff, but then we were chased down to find... More

I booked in the hotel at short notice to attend a friend's wedding on the island. It was one of the cheapest so I wasn't expecting much beyond a Travelodge standard. Unfortunately I set my sights far too high. The taxi driver on the way over thought it was highly amusing that anyone under retirement ago would stay there. I... More

I stayed at the Norfolk Lodge from 22nd August until 24th August and to be honest 2 nights was enough. My daughter and I had two single rooms on the first floor. My daughters room was freezing cold and unfortunately the fire did not work, the bed so uncomfortable that her back was so bad she found it difficult to... More

Stayed here for 6 days and loved it. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was well serviced and in good condition. Big bath which my wife loved. The food was excellent with different menu every day we were there. Staff in the restaurant and bar were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. Would recommend the hotel to anyone!!

Just had another tremendous week at the Norfolk Lodge. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the beach. Although most of the staff were new this year the service was still 1st class. Head chef Sean produces some remarkable meals which are varied every night. The waiting staff are very quick, friendly and efficient. Bar staff are efficient... More

My parents and I stayed at Norfolk Lodge between 10th-16th August 2014 on our recent Jersey holiday. We would like to thank all the staff for making us feel so welcome and for their pleasant and courteous service. The rooms were very comfortable, the food provided at breakfast and dinner was varied and very good quality and the hotel provided... More

We stayed here at the Norfolk Lodge for a week in August . This is a nice central hotel with only a 10-15 min walk to town centre the only thing is there are stairs everywhere so if stairs are a problem this hotel definitely isn't for you there is a lift but it stops mid floor so you still... More
