Stayed here for 6 days and loved it. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was well serviced and in good condition. Big bath which my wife loved. The food was excellent with different menu every day we were there. Staff in the restaurant and bar were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. Would recommend the hotel to anyone!!

Just had another tremendous week at the Norfolk Lodge. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the beach. Although most of the staff were new this year the service was still 1st class. Head chef Sean produces some remarkable meals which are varied every night. The waiting staff are very quick, friendly and efficient. Bar staff are efficient... More

My parents and I stayed at Norfolk Lodge between 10th-16th August 2014 on our recent Jersey holiday. We would like to thank all the staff for making us feel so welcome and for their pleasant and courteous service. The rooms were very comfortable, the food provided at breakfast and dinner was varied and very good quality and the hotel provided... More

We stayed here at the Norfolk Lodge for a week in August . This is a nice central hotel with only a 10-15 min walk to town centre the only thing is there are stairs everywhere so if stairs are a problem this hotel definitely isn't for you there is a lift but it stops mid floor so you still... More

We like many others checked TripAdvisor before booking this hotel .As reported elsewhere the annexe does have a damp musty smell in the building. No signs or damp so assume an old damp cellar somewhere. We were in room 124 at rear of building , good sized room nice en suite with good though slightly temperamental shower over bath. Basin... A medium sized hotel within easy walking distance of the town centre with secured parking. The room was a good size and clean with a decent bathroom & shower. However the room and bathroom could really do with being updated as they are looking very tired .Also if you are looking for peace and quiet this probably wouldn't suit as... More

The hotel overall was really nice, I read the reviews before I left so I new what to expect on arrival. To start the staff are great and very friendly and helped there best where ever they could, the food was ok and there was lots of choice for breakfast but I must admit it would of been nice to... Lovely first impression of the hotel upon arrival. Staff were welcoming and really friendly. The hotel lobby, bar and dining room were really quite modern but was a bit disappointed with the annex - where we were placed. The room was of an alright size and really clean but is in desperate need of updating as the carpets, furniture, curtains... More

Not a small hotel and a ten minute walk from the centre. On the plus side there is a fairly large parking lot which is a bonus. The hotel could do with some renevation as it looked a little dated but it was clean and pleasant. We had bed and breakfast which was substantial. A lot if choice. A little... More

Our 10 day stay at the Norfolk Hotel in Jersey was quite pleasant. This 3 star hotel is a short walking distance to the downtown area for shopping, tour buses etc. The rooms are clean and the staff is quite pleasant. There is no air conditioning. Our only complaint was that the breakfast staff was often overwhelmed, with food running... More
