Was there for 6 days with my 15 year old granddaughter. Room was very dated with 1980's decor and furniture but was very clean. Ample choice for breakfast. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk in the room. Only few minutes walk from promenade and about 10 from bus station/town. If room had been updated I would definitely have given it full marks. Free... More

I've stayed there for a few years now. The hotel is handy for the town and beach, and, of course, Battle of Flowers. The food is excellent with enough choice. The room we stay in has all the amenities you would expect and is beautifully cleaned and tidied each day by the housekeeping staff. Reception staff are always very helpful... More

Booked this hotel via Expedia as it was the best deal. Great location, walking distance to the town and quiet enough to not be disturbed. The staff were so helpful, they looked after luggage whilst we waited for our flight and after arriving early. The breakfast was superb - the choice was endless and kept us going all day. We... this hotel is at the best average. We had to repair the toilet flusher ourselves. The shower not work (no cold water in the mixer), the light over the sink did not work, and one of the bedside lamps did not work. Reporting the faults had no effect. If you wanted a drink at the bar you had to wait... More

We booked a week in Jersey and we were allocated the Stafford Hotel in St Hellier. The Hotel was a bit dated but comfortable and very convenient for the Battle of the Flowers parade and within easy walk of the centre of St Hellier. The rooms were comfortable but were in need of updating particularly the in room TV, which... More

I took my wife and 88yr old mother for 4 nights to incorporate the Battle of Flowers. 2 double rooms on the top floor. No problems as there was a good lift. Pro's......The ground floor restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner with a decent choice of food and good service. The next door bar/lounge was clean, well kept and... More

Great Location for St hillier nd transport links. Airport us drops you at end of street. Sweet. Staff very friendly and helpful within their powers. They are hindered however by the bigger parent hotel company. We booked 2 double rooms with voucher stating this. Arrived to be given 2 twin rooms. Lovel'y receptionist tried to blame agency for wrong booking... More

This two star hotel was booked through a Condor package and we stayed,as a couple for six nights. It appears to be a popular hotel, but it is dated and shabby....that in itself is not a huge problem, but that is no excuse for being grubby. On a positive note, the lounge is comfortable and clean. The dining room is... More

Yes its dated and the shower pressure is poor. The pillows are lumpy and the internet is very hit and miss. Having said that, the room was cleaned every day , the breakfast was very good and had a good selection. What made it better was the staff. From the ladies at breakfast who were so helpful and polite to... More
