We have just returned from a weekend at the Royal Yacht Hotel and will certainly return. There wasnt anything I could fault at this hotel, our rooms were perfect (especially the heated bathroom floor!), the food was good, the spa and swimming pool excellent, service good, bars good....need I say more! We stayed on the fifth floor if that is... More

Booked our holiday with Tony (who was very helpful ) at channel island escapes, from booking, to ferry crossing , hotel and location was absolutely superb. Hotel was centrally located for everything you could need, bus station over the road where you can get a bus to take you all over the island at little expense (days explorer ticket cost... More

Really nice hotel. The staff were great and the service was fine.Breakfast was good and kept us going all day. Our room didn't have a balcony or a sea view, but the residents balcony on the 5th floor is a great place to take a bottle of wine and chill out. The hotel does not have a carpark and the... More

the location couldn't be more central although that does mean some noise from the bars at the weekend but if you join them it's more fun. floor 2 can hear the nightclub until 2am so worth considering avoiding if you're after a quiet few days away the spa is very high quality and feels new, clean and tranquil. the gym... My fiance and I stayed in room 302, which is one of the luxury rooms at the front of the hotel with a big balcony. I was impressed with the facilities: Spa (sauna, large swimming pool, gym, treatment rooms, jacuzzi etc), selection of restaurants, a night club... Our room was very clean and modern. We had two flat screen TVs:... More

Spent 5 nights in a Platinum room. Room was superb with excellent views across the marina and to Elizabeth Castle. Loved the TV in the bathroom!! Could have done with somewhere to hang your coats, but this was the only negative comment we could think of! There have been a few comments about noise, on a Friday and Saturday night,... More

Lovely room, high standard of cleanliness. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel facilities were excellent, a range of bars to accommodate all tastes. Pool and leisure complex were very nice and not too busy this time of year. The hotel is ideally situated for the bus station, an explorer day pass takes you all... More

This is a great hotel, right in the centre of St Helier, very modern and well-appointed. The deal includes use of the well-equipped gym, spa, sauna and pool: we took all our kit with us and just used the steam room one evening! The rooms are very modern and nicely fitted-out: I should say that our double room was just... More
