We booked to stay at this hotel nearly a year ago to celebrate my inlaws 50th wedding anniversary and travelled as a group of 12. We cannot praise the team at The Inn more highly for all that they did for us. After a wonderful personal arrival from Miguel, the reception team pulled out all of the stops to ensure... More

We had a marvellous break at this hotel. Room was lovely, chamber maid service excellent. They really took care of my wife who is celiac. Even brought out tapas for her which was all Gluten free, brilliant.

Dear Sarah S First of all please accept my apologies about your mattress. All our beds and mattresses our made by Hypnos and are top quality and virtually new and well within their "sale by date". We stayed along with another couple in May of this year. The overall experience was positive, with the restaurant food being above average and the serving staff (both breakfast and dinner) being very friendly, however the Inn Boutique is badly let down by the unfriendly front of house team on the reception. Stoic to the point of rudeness, they were... More

Dear BexBrown _11 Later in the day after I was on a high from the previous review, boy did I come back down to earth with a bang! Whilst of course I am delighted by your comments about our restaurant and it's team, I am so sorry you claim our reception staff where rude to you as if this is... More

We have just returned from another happy stay at The Inn. I have to say, yet again, that the service from the restaurant and bar staff is excellent, so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Tom and Miguel (Restaurant Manager), for such a warm and friendly welcome, and should also go as a thank you to the Chef and Team... More

We stayed here on a 'secret escape' break and it was a pleasant experience. Yes it’s on a main rd which is busy, but the noise wasn’t overbearing, I slept well enough with ear plugs and I can't say we spent that much time in the room anyway. The room was adequate, although could have done with a spruce up.... More

Dear LouJon 70 Thanks very much for you review and I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. I have passed your comments on to our restaurant team and they have asked me to send you their apologies if on this occasion they were not their normal jolly selves which is most unlike them. You do say that... More

I am shocked to read the previous review, which bears no resemblance to the hotel I have just stayed in. The hotel is a wonderful base for visiting the Island, and the location close to St. Helier is ideal, and just a short walk into the centre. Our room was lovely - very clean, well-equipped and spacious. The staff have... More

Bar food smells the whole hotel. The worst secrete escape ever. I would suggest someone checks this hotel out on trades description. Ann Walling ton 19th... More

Stayed as a couple for a week at the end of July.
