We stayed here on a 'secret escape' break and it was a pleasant experience. Yes it’s on a main rd which is busy, but the noise wasn’t overbearing, I slept well enough with ear plugs and I can't say we spent that much time in the room anyway. The room was adequate, although could have done with a spruce up.... More

I am shocked to read the previous review, which bears no resemblance to the hotel I have just stayed in. The hotel is a wonderful base for visiting the Island, and the location close to St. Helier is ideal, and just a short walk into the centre. Our room was lovely - very clean, well-equipped and spacious. The staff have... More

On a very busy road , very basic room smallest double bed only four foot ( not quiet a double) the road noise is unbelievable pack ear plug - definitely not a restful place. Bar food smells the whole hotel. The worst secrete escape ever. I would suggest someone checks this hotel out on trades description. Ann Walling ton 19th... More

Stayed in this hotel for a few days in The beginning of August. There was nothing that was too much trouble for the staff of this hotel. Extremely helpful and very friendly. The hotel rooms were very clean and has everything to hand. Tea and coffee facilities, alarm clock, flat screen TV. En suite bathroom with bath and shower. Breakfast... More

Stayed as a couple for a week at the end of July. We had the De Carteret suite on the top floor which was lovely (carpet could do with a clean in places though) Very comfortable, lovely bathroom, complimentary tea coffee and hot chocolate and biscuits, free bottled water in the suites. Staff very pleasant, professional and helpful, and good... More

Stayed here for a long weekend, in July 2014. Charming small hotel, with friendly and courteous staff, with the rare asset in Jersey of hotel car park. The car park is small and can get packed, but as all guests leave their keys with reception it is quickly sorted, as long as you give staff some notice. Rooms are pleasant,... More

Stayed for a week july-aug. Very nice and professional personnel. Nothing was a problem, stayed in top floor, a little hot, but can't complain on the standard. Very good breakfast and restaurant on the afternoon and evening. Very good value for money and will recommend this to others. Location is great for St. helier, and everything else.... Jersey is a... We went for a quiet weekend and loved Jersey. The Hotel is fine, our room was a little small, the breakfast a little cramped, the bar a little tiny but everything was usable clean and nice, the beds were good, we were not disturbed and had a pleasant enough time.

Stayed for 4 nights in July. We received a warm welcome (which was very nice as we were hot and bothered having walked from the Liberation Station)! The room was clean and nicely appointed (though it started to feel a little small after 4 nights). We stayed during a hot and humid period and the room got very hot, the... More
