Once again, I booked my hotel too late....Jersey can get very busy....and the best hotels get booked very quickly....Through laterooms.com, I ended up at Hotel de France. There is nothing I could fault about this hotel. At the last minute we decided we needed another wee holiday and the travel agent booked us in here. Beautiful hotel, lovely garden, excellent food, brilliant spa and leisure facilities.
