Stayed here on an overnight visit to Jersey. The staff very welcoming and helpful we arrived a bit earlier than check in time but it was not an issue and we were shown immediately to our room. The room was bright airy and very clean, beds and pillows comfy. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with plenty choice of cereals,... More

Stayed here for business for several nights. I had a mixed experience. The staff were very helpful. I had room service three nights, and each meal I had was tasty and very reasonably priced. However, I was in a ground floor room and the soundproofing was terrible. I was kept awake at night by someone snoring in the room above... More

Just returned from a weeks stay at the hotel.Cannot speak too highly enough of the standard of service we received and of the hotel itself. The standard of the public areas is very high and the room we had was kept spotless. The breakfasts were superb and the staff serving it were a credit to the hotel. Had one minor... More

Just had a glorious 3 night break at the Savoy. Everything about it was high quality and the staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. We had our first meal in the restaurant and as the service, presentation and quality of the food was second to none, we had no need to look elsewhere. Breakfast was also another high in... More

Loved my stay at the Savoy. I went as a single traveller just on a break from my demanding job and crazy home life. It really had a home like atmosphere and the staff were really lovely. I'd go out and have my day doing whatever (usually finding a good place to eat) then come back and relax in the... More

Just returned from a week at the Savoy . A first class hotel in every way . Well appointed , very clean, excellent and courteous staff, and good food. An easy 15 minutes stroll through the town to the waterfront . 20 minute taxi ride from the Airport. Evenings in the Jazz bar were delightful. Would recommend without hesitation

We stayed at the Savoy for a weekend break and were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of all aspects of the hotel. We have found that sometimes there are strengths and weaknesses in Jersey Hotels; but the savoy, in our opinion was strong throughout! We had booked direct through the hotel and reserved a suite which is basically a... More

The hotel and staff are more than fantastic. Excellent location and disability friendly. Must be the safest place to stay in Jersey all the emergency services are based opposite. The restaurant is a little bit of a let down if honest.

I stayed at the Savoy Jersey as it was right across the road from where I was working. The first thing that struck me about the place was that it had a very traditional British seaside hotel feel about it. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful whether you're in reception or the bar or restaurant. The only thing... More

Such a lovely hotel, all the staff are so helpful and friendly. The decor is clean, crisp and stylish. The rooms are lovely, very comfortable bed and nice quality sheets and toiletries. I ate in the bar, which is quite busy and has a nice atmosphere. Food is great, try the melon and feta starter/lite bite - it's gorgeous! Very... More
