Our Family holiday at the Sandranne was a very pleasant one, enhanced by the cheerful owner, his family and the staff. They made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us, for example, softer pillows, help with phone calls to taxis and wheelchair services, all done in a cheerful and friendly manner. The food was very good, particularly... More

What a delightful hotel. Very dated and very pink! However, the comfort and hospitality we received during our stay was faultless. We stayed in room 29 overlooking the main road. Traffic noise wasn't an issue. The room had a very small shower room with a loo. The washstand was in the room it'self, a bit unusual. There was a fridge,... More

Stayed at the Hotel Sandranne in St Helier for four nights. We arrived to a friendly welcome from the staff and were taken up to our room by one of them. There is a lift to all floors. The room was very pleasant with TV, tea and coffee supplies, and a fridge, which was very welcome. We did not have... More

I travel quite a bit for my job and generally, hotels only serve the purpose of sleeping in a strange bed.. This is an older 2 star hotel near the police station. The town center is within walking distance. Rad Riesen booked us here and I wasn't thrilled upon check in because it is like a hotel time forgot..... I... More

We have just returned from our first visit to Jersey and are really pleased we stayed at the Sandranne Hotel. We stayed in a spacious family room with a double and two twins and the room was clean with a kettle and tea/coffee etc, TV, fridge, fan and hairdryer. But the space in the room is better than in many... More

We stayed in room 28 and room 12. Both rooms were comfortable, clean and had everything the hiking traveller needs: good bed, nice hot shower and a tv to see the weather forecasts. The meals were very decent, and the waitresses were really cute! The staff was helpfull and the owner himself took us to the airport when we left... More

Simply no good ! The room (number 4) only had a small window, the shower stopped giving water after 2 minutes, as from 5.30 AM to 11 PM a terrible noise of a kind of motor (airco ?) just outside the window produces a terrible noise preventing one to sleep, a poor starter at dinner (a glass of orange juice,... I have stayed at this Hotel several times a year over the past 10 years, so my review, although true, may be a little biased !! The family owned Hotel appears to be in a "time warp" dated but spotlessly clean with prices of a bygone age. Nothing is too much trouble for the owner and all the excellent staff... More
