my wife and I arrived here in September we had the sea view room which was very nice and comfortable ,if there was minor complaint the bathroom isn't very big and the shower wasn't brilliant. What we did find unusual was the breakfast in the morning ,it was cereal and toast or Scottish breakfast and toast or English breakfast or toast.,i... You always receive a warm welcome from Anne and liz at Maison Chaussey, they are very hands on co-owners. The hotel is immaculately clean and the food is fantastic especially the very welcome Scotch Breakfast. I have stayed at Maison Chaussey on 3 occasions this summer and every time the standard was the same, above all it feels like home... More

Nice 'Drifters' bistro with lovely sea views. Served lovely breakfast and 3 course set menu. Friendly staff. Is about 10 mins walk from the shops and 45 mins from airport (No. 15 bus from... More

Stayed bank holiday weekend in room 2. Well worth supplement as you hv your own terrace overlooking the beach. It has artificial grass, seating/table and 2 sun loungers. Weather was great so made use of them. Very clean guest house and Liz and her staff were lovely. We ate in Drifters 2 evenings and the food was really good and... More

We stayed here in July/August 2015, room 1 on the first floor. Our room was clean, bright and we had all the requirements needed. The bed was lovely and comfy. OK so the room was small and we didn't have a sea view but we were not there to sit in a room all day. We sat in the bar,... More

My partner and I stayed here from Monday 3rd August to Saturday 8th August 2015. The guest house itself was very clean and tidy. We stayed in room 7 on the top floor which had a fantastic view of the sea. The only downsides to the room were patchy Wifi signal and the shower which was little more than a... More

Thank you both to Anne and Liz for a truly memorable stay for all the right reasons. Our room was a five star home from home and a gorgeous breakfast was cooked each morning served in a dinning area with sea views. What more can you ask for! We will definitely be back again. Thank you, to you and your... More

Sadly, I only stayed one night here - most of my holiday was spent in a dingy, dark B&B room in St Aubin. This place was like a breath of fresh air. Clean, clean, clean..... we had a room overlooking the road but it was a far cry from dark. It was bright and airey, the furniture was modern, bright... More
