We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. However, on our last visit we found the hotel had new owners. Clearly they had no idea at all about running a hotel, the daughter was put in charge of the dining room and couldn't even dress appropriately. We could not believe the drop in standard throughout the hotel.... more

Stayed at the Mont de la Rocque for our first visit to Jersey. Were shown to the first floor room by very friendly helpful staff and were completely taken aback by the view, which stretched across the bay to St Helier.
