5 day stay on business only as a last resort and because other choice hotels were full in the week before the 'Island Games'. Room was very small and did not have a full en-suite, tiny loo/shower room and a separate sink just inside the room entrance!! Decor is very dated and really could do with a re-vamp, wardrobe was... We had just arrived in Jersey and walked into St Aubins to find something to eat. This place looked good from the outside - unfortunately that's as good as it got. When we went inside the staff were abrupt and unwelcoming - it felt like we were imposing on them. Whilst trying to decide what to order the staff were... More

Do not take children here. I have never been so rudely spoken to in a restaurant. Even though they have a children's menu and a high chair they had no tolerance of children and made me clean the floor after our 1 year old dropped some food, even though I was apologetic.

Ate there last night, setting lovely on the harbour lovely views. Food was ok portions not very large. Staff were ignorant didn't make eye contact I wasn't even sure they had heard what I said when I ordered. Very off hand. Watched them with a variety of customers they were same with every one. Plenty of other establishments with staff... More

OK maybe I am biased but I was born in Jersey and I have lived in the Uk for some 8 years now, these guys at Le Bon Viveur have got it right good old fashioned Jersey hospitaily at a reasonable price, Did not eat there, tried the other places on the harbour, expensive, and to be honest not that... Food and service were ok,but there again we were the only people in there Nice surroundings and lovely view of St Aubins bay. Staff were attentive and friendly- felt more like a cafe than a restaurant Atmosphere would probably improve with nice weather and a few more guests

An old favourite of ours... Good old fashioned everything, maybe a little on the expensive side for what it is but well cooked meals & good service. Lovely harbour side setting, friendly staff who know what they're doing.

We were recommended to stay here by friends who live in Jersey and we weren't disappointed. The room was fairly basic but had everything you need, kettle, t.v., hairdryer, en suite and had a stunning view the waterfront at St. Aubins. The owners are very friendly and hard working and nothing is too much trouble. They also looked after our... More

Went for lunch on a wet day. As there was an awning and heaters we could sit outside and have a clear view of the harbour while staying dry. The staff were very attentive and the service quick but the food was basic.

We had a dinner here (did not realise it was a hotel too) and was nice to find a restaurant by the harbour which served good Italian food, friendly service and a reasonable bill. No wonder the place was packed, we were lucky to get the last table for two!
