We have an annual friends reunion in Linden and always stay at the Commodore. In fact, our stay there is one of the highlights of the long weekend. Great atmosphere inside and out. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the restaurant always has fresh, delicious food. The staff have always been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This was the first year... More

We recently stayed at the Commodore during the Loretta Lynn Amateur National Motocross race. We checked in around 8:30pm and noticed the night manager (Mike) was slurring his words and smelled highly of alcohol. I paid for the room up front in cash, when I gave him the money we found it very odd that he put the over $200... More

Thank you for your stay, and for taking the time to send us your observations and comments. We were not aware this kind of behavior was happening. We have taken care of the matter internally. As for the cash procedure at check-in, the manager on duty should have access to obtain change for you. We have addressed this with staff... More

I needed to be in the Linden area on business. Booking the room and the check in process was flawless. I was impressed that the floors did not creak. The room was reasonably cool. Better yet the windows opened fully for ventilation. The minor irritations involved smeared mirrors, crooked wall picture, smeared lighting above the beds and a dirty tv... More

Thank you for your stay at the Commodore, in our quaint - and yes - quiet - little town. We have addressed the items you mentioned with the staff. Those things are already on our "checklist", but perhaps they were simply missed, since that was an extremely busy time for the hotel. We apologize. Thank you for taking the time... More

I have had the opportunity to stay at this hotel several times, including twice for a Christian retreat and once for a high school reunion. On all occasions the accomadations have been very nice. The food has always been delicious. You could not hope for a better staff, they are so helpful and friendly, each time they have done everything... More

The hotel was very accommodating from the day we booked the reservation to the day we checked out. We made a one night reservation at the hotel and informed them when we booked the reservation that I had a serve food allergy and needed Gluten Free accommodations. Not only did the chef personally speak to me about my allergies each... More

I just fell in love with the place. My husband was a little under the weather and they were very helpful and kind. We had gone up to TN to see our grandson over the 4th of July holiday. I had the room downstairs and it was great not to have to climb stairs. Also, I must say the food... More

we checked in with a speedy check in and ate at the cafe. The food was slim pickens. They have a 3 meal menu' we didn't care for, ended up with burgers and fries. They had live music but it was way too loud for the few people that were there. The hotel room was not filthy but not clean... More

We have made many trips between Georgia and Arkansas, most of which were on the Interstate, bypassing Linden, Tennessee. Not anymore. From now on, our trips will be broken into two easy days versus one very long and tiring day, with an overnight stop at The Commodore Hotel in Linden. We found this wonderful place due to the chance discovery... More

Small historical hotel, takes you back in history. Rooms were as expected in old hotel, they were clean and comfortable but do not expect modern updates. They do have wifi. Owners and Chef go out of the way to be friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent at the café. We went for the food and wine pairing, it exceeded our... More

A group of us stay every year in June. They are so accommodating. Couldn't be better. The food is awesome. The staff is great. The rates are incredible. Did I mention free wifi? The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean and cool! The owners know what they're doing.
