We stayed at beachcombers for a week and very much enjoyed our stay.my two children loved the swimming pool which was heated and could be used all through the day. The room we stayed in had just been decorated and was very clean.this hotel is quite noisy at night but no more noisy than any other hotel that I have... more

Hotel Beachcombers is not exactly the best hotel if you want to have a nice and quiet stay. The doors in the hallways slam all the time when other doors are opened and the rooms are quite noisy. So be prepared for your fellow guests' sounds if you want to go to bed early. The beds are fine, although blankets... more

We stayed for two nights and made the most of the lovely pool, the peace and quiet, and the good food. Good value and a nice atmosphere. It's very well located for Gorey, Durrell (the zoo) and Samares Manor but we weren't overly impressed with the east coast and would probably stay in St Brelades/ St Aubin area next time.... more

Late April/Early May we stayed at the Beachcombers, and it exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed use of the Wi-Fi, the lounge area around the pool (too cold to swim at the time), and wish we had time to use the tennis equipment/courts. The decor was pleasant and airy. The service was discrete and efficient. If you didn't need anything,... more

We stayed here for a weekend in May 08. We understand the hotel has undergone refurbishment recently and this is certainly reflected in the decor of the bedrooms and public rooms - very nice and comfortable. We can only assume the bathrooms are still to be done, as they left a little to be desired. We stayed on half board... more

This is a nice, quiet, basic hotel. It supplies everything you will need for your stay in Jersey. The staff were friendly and helpfull and even posted my sons teddy bear back to us, when he left it behind, on a quick postage at no cost. The food was realy good. 4 causes in the evening with a choice of... more

This hotel is a large wow. From the minute we arrived and were taken to our room. A nice sized one with a very large bed. Room opened out onto a gravelled courtyard with own tables and chairs, near to swimming pool. meals were excellent from breakfast to sandwiches at lunch to the five course evening dinner. Many choices and... more

This hotel is very run down and need of urgent refurbishement. The staff are very friendly which makes it difficult to really down this hotel. However the rooms are poor, our door continued to knock all night as there was no draft excluder around the door frame. You could hear the room aboves every movement, I mean every movement! Overal... more

On arrival we were greeted and shown to our room, we were surprised at the size of the room. We had a double bed and bunk beds but there was still loads of room, especially for a 3 year old! The food here was very good, there was 3 choices of main meals every night, plus 2 starters per evening,... more

This hotel is great, deserves far more than a 2 star rating, the food is first class, the staff very friendly and helpful, lovely pool area and games room for the kids. The location is beautiful - but quiet. We would definitely stay there again. more
