stopped in here on the way home from visiting friends in Tralee. Needed a place to change the baby and hopefully get some grub for the kids. we thought we would find a dated hotel and it would be a quick in and out. In fact we went to the bar and ordered food and were delighted. The homemade burgers... More

I'm writing this review because of the kindness the hotel and staff showed to my father and myself. We were attending my cousin's wedding and had booked to stay 5 nights as she was having here reception there. From the minute we walked in the door until the day we left we were showed nothing but kindness and nothing was... More

First time staying here, Templeglantine is a small village on the N21 Limerick to Killarney Road, the Hotel is the centre of a local community, the atmosphere in the Bar is friendly, and the quality of food is very good, ideal place to stay for a business stopover, get a room at the back of the hotel as the road... We stayed here for a week, after many recommendations. We were using it as a base for all the excursions and day trips we had planned. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and the booking in process was easy. We even had staff carry our bags to rooms, very rare these days! We had two double rooms, all good and spotless.We... I had my 40th birthday party in this hotel. Even though I was slightly demanding, they went above and beyond to make it a brilliant night. Everyone who stayed was very happy with their rooms and food on a very busy Saturday night. Would recommend!

After a very long day decided to stop at the Devon Inn for a meal. Have eaten quick lunches here and found it ok but on this occasion we were very disappointed with both the quality, presentation and the price of our meal - 2 starters and 2 steaks over €70 - for that money I expected a "wow" but... Stayed overnight for a concert we were checked in by a most unpleasant member of management who wore similar to a track suit and trainers. Had 2 rooms booked and neither of them were ready at approximately 3.30 in the afternoon. Waited one hour to be served turkey & ham however we got over all that and then came breakfast.... More

Nice meal and bar ,reasonable prices and a good selection of food to choose from.it is also close to the old west limerick rail trail which is across the road from the church.so it's also nice to have a walk after the food.the hotel also has a function room as well which is popular for weddings

We stop here on the way to Kerry. The staff are very friendly. The food is average, not bad but not brilliant either. There isn't anything wrong with the place and I've often been in worse. If I could have given it 3.5 stars I would have.

Stayed here recently for an event....room was €100 Bed & Breakfast for the night - given a key to our room which was really basic....very dated. Bathroom was renovated more recently but the decor of the bedroom was very dated - would definitely consider it to be over priced and basic. Lamp on the desk in the room had a... More
