I confidently recommend this guest-house which is not only beautiful, cosy and situated in an idyllic location but is also run by a very good person who makes you feel at home. Siobhan is a gentle, refined and hard-working lady who is always there to help her clients. Thanks to her every day we had a wonderful breakfast, the room... More

We couldn't praise this B & B highly enough. What a gorgeous house, wonderful setting and in Siobhan a chatty, friendly owner with a wealth of fascinating knowledge on the local area and Barker House itself. We stayed for 2 nights and would have liked longer, the stay was so peaceful. Breakfast was great, the bedroom spacious and comfortable, amazing... More

We were travelling Ireland and had chose not to base ourselves in one place, this B&B was great, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast (full English!) set you up for the day. The owner, Siobhan Moloney, was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the area. A general tip is to ask about... More

We stayed two nights and everything was very good. We've only given a 4 score for the rooms as it had everything it should but was small although there were bigger rooms. We've also given 4 for location as there's only one place to eat out which is a couple of miles away (Kirbys) and serves very average pub grub. More

Siobhan Maloney is an excellent host: warm, friendly and welcoming. We had a good room at the front of the house and wanted for nothing while staying there. There is a guest sitting/dining room where you get a brilliant choice of freshly-cooked breakast. If were ever go back to the Glin area, we know where to stay. More

We had a short break in Ireland which included three nights in Glin. I chose this B&B as it was central to all the areas we wanted to visit (Listowel, Knockaderry, Ballybunion, Tralee. We even made it to Blarney in just a couple of hours). The B&B was everything we could have hoped for. The rooms were clean and comfortable... More
