Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in. We spent the 1st honeymoon night here in September 2011, lovely room, great bathtub. We dined in the organic restaurant although we would have preferred the other but was fully booked. I like nice food but this was a bit to unfamiliar for me and unfortunst,y I did a lot of... More

I enjoyed everything about my girlfriend and my retreat. Food was spectacular and the staff will help you in any way they can and the spa was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Would recommend to anyone 100% satisfied will definitely be back.

Overpriced, underwhelming and very disappointing. The whole decor of the hotel needs upgrading , the rooms are cramped and old fashioned. The food is hugely overpriced, adding €4 extra for steak on a €65 menu is tantamount to ripoff , Celtic tiger all over again , the whole menu is awash with wild foods , pretentious and not achievable at this... As always a very pleasant stay. Food fantastic and attentitive service. We stayed in the suites, really worth paying for. Can't wait for the next trip. The Strawberry Tree restaurant a real treat and a must do. Spa lovely, do visit it even if for a sauna and steam.

I have stayed in Brooklodge many times, so when my brother decided to get married there i couldn't be happier. Until when i rang the day of his wedding to see if we could get an early check in for the Groom which i took for granted would be ready for him ( i was told no that wouldn't be... More

I stayed here with some friends over xmas 2014 for a bit of a reunion dinner. This is a review of the hotel. I had stayed here for a wedding about three years ago and was disappointed then. I'm not sure what it is but they just don't seem to get it right. The location of the hotel is lovely... More

My boyfriend and I had a lovely 3 night stay here recently for my friends wedding. Cannot fault the hotel. It has a beautiful cosy cottage style feel, amazing food and stunning grounds. We ate in the Italian restaurant on our first night, cannot wait to return. The cosy old man bar, was perfect for our Lazy Sunday drinks! Would... More

.... as the aul come all ya song goes. The same song that resonated in my brain for my weekend stay at Brooklodge and brought back the happiest memories of fun times in my younger years, amongst friends and soon to be friends at get togethers. The same experience we had when we attended the Wild and Slow festival in... More

We recently stayed 2 night in Brooklodge and found it a really nice hotel. Very down to earth & welcoming which lends itself to a relaxing break. The hotel while relatively new building is designed is such a way to portray an old style country house, but has all the comforts of a new build. When we stayed we had... More

I always thought Brooklodge was out if my budget but it's a lot more affordable than I assumed. It lives up to it's reputation as a top class destination-we spent 24 hours in Maccreddin and came home completely refreshed. The thermal suite was awesome-maybe a bit small, but it wasn't a problem as there weren't many people in it. The... More
