Dear Ingrid, While I have Daniel Lanoy in my (portable) headphones, I think of the Daniel (Quebec) we met at your place in Laragh. Music is my 'stepstone' to Woodbrook... Woodbrook was far out the best place to stay on the Wicklow Way. We (Magda and myself) have met a part of the 'Heart off Ireland' (a great part, I... More

I went to this B&B with a friend during a trekking tour. The House and our room was really nice, it was like to be at home. Also the owner was so kind to book the dinner and the taxi service to the a Restaurant for us (the suggested Restaurant was also really really good). Breakfast OK but I was... More

My boyfriend and I spent two nights here. Although the stay was short, it was all we needed to recoup. While I sometimes felt homesick on our trip, Ingrid made us feel right at home. The room was great, and it was nice waking up to the rooster! Ingrid made a wonderful breakfast, I couldn't have asked for a better... More

She went our of her way to make us feel more like family than guests, really. The room was wonderful, and the breakfasts outstanding. They have a beautiful backyard with chickens, from which Ingrid gets... More

I decided to spend 2 nights in Glendalough to do some hill walking and came across this great B&B. Its ideally located 100 metres from the path that leads write into Glendalough and just down the road from all the shops, restaurants, cafes, bars that Laragh provides. The B&B itself is a hidden gem. Really warm, clean, cosy, great breakfasts,... More
