Fantastic house. Loved how we could sit and read and enjoy complementary tea and chocolate cookies looking over the mountains. The restaurant experience was unbelievable, best food we had in all of Ireland

Stayed here for 2 nights on the October bank holiday weekend. I was at the walking festival so I wanted somewhere within walking distance of the Brockagh Centre where all the walks started. Lovely room with everything I needed including a mini fridge which I wasn't expecting. Lovely warm welcome when I arrived and John gave me some cake and... More

My husband and I stayed here on our first night in Ireland. It was a perfect way to start our trip. When we arrived the owner greeted us at the door and showed us several rooms and gave us our choice of room for our stay. After we chose our room, when went next door to their restaurant. The food... My husband and I had just flown into Dublin, rented a car, and drove about 1.5 hours to Glindalough. This was the first b&b that we saw, so we stopped, rang the bell, and were greeted by the nicest gentleman. He showed us the loveliest room in the house. The rates were extremely reasonable (approx 75 euro including a full... More

Stayed there 2 nights - I really enjoyed my apartment - It was very comfortable and spacious. The view from the window was fabulous. It is very close to The Wicklow Heather Restaurant which is a MUST GO! I recommend this place!

We chose the Heather House B&B as we wanted to see the Wicklow area, be able to park the car in the evening, and be able to walk to and from pubs/restaurants and not have to worry about driving. This was the first of 9 B&Bs we would stay in for the next 3 weeks. The Heather House completed all... More

We were walking the Wicklow Way and stayed in Heather House for one night. It was nice in every way. John was very friendly. The room was spacious and lovely, with a nice little garden around. The Heather restaurant was outstanding. I had the mushroom pappardelle and my husband had lasagna, both very tasty. The breakfast was also wonderful. Overall... More

Wow...what a find! From the get-go the experience here was great. They are responsive to queries on the web and on the phone and they really want the business. I found them immensely helpful, flexible and patient. The accomodation itself is very central in Laragh and while Laragh is not a big place, everything around the Heather House is close... More

Arrived and got lucky as we were not booking anything in advance. They had a private double room available. It was close to the park where we could go hiking. The room was clean, breakfast was great and our host was friendly. We had a great view of the garden below and a lovely common sitting room to enjoy reading... More

This is a b&b that's more like a hotel as the owners don't live in. For the price you can't ask for more - the rooms were well appointed with toiletries in the bathroom, I had a lovely view over the garden and Wicklow mountains and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a slight lack of working electricity sockets... More
