We visited Lynhams again for four nights at the end of October. We received our usual great welcome, and the quality of the food in the bar has definitely improved since the last time we were there. The bar prices are similar to the ones you'd find in Dublin. The bar is full of locals as well as visitors, and... More

I went to the Laragh area for some walking today and decided to call into to Lynham's for a sandwich. Decided to use the toilet first and had to abandon this due the filthy state of the two toilets. Needless to say we did not stop to eat.

We stayed at the Inn for one night. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is in a more rural setting, which works if you are hiking or visiting the monastery grounds from St. Kevin. The area is beautiful and we would visit again. The hotel offers the basics, it is a bit dated, yet the rooms were... More

We loved this place. Beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great food. A very welcoming place with warm atmosphere and great location for exploring wonderful walks, close to Glendalough where we walked blissfully around the lakes. We had a picnic lunch made up for us which we received at breakfast for our exploration day and it was gratefully eaten.... More

Good value for money- we didn't stay at this hotel, but popped in for dinner. Waiter very polite and helpful. Food came quickly and was very tasty. I ordered fish and chips with Guinness and my bill was less than €20. Good atmosphere, although avoid football days as the pub becomes manic and service is hard to get. Off street... More

The room was ok in the extension at back of hotel. The bed had blanket on it instead of quilt. The bathroom was roomy with shower above bath. It was all ok but not worth the price charged. Private parking off road. Food in bar was again overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was self service with scrambled egg (no... More

we stayed here on a wee living social offer. Hotel, staff and food was amasing. A credit to you all for given us a very enjoyable wee stay. We took the bikes down and there was no problem with leaving at the hotel locked up and safe. Beautiful scenerys and brillant value for money. Will definately be back to this... More

We've been having lunch in Lynhams of Laragh for quite a number of years and generally it's been a good choice of food for what's essentially a pub lunch. When we visited two weeks back the vegetables were served cold which is the second time this has happened. The price, euro12.95 for a main course for one, is no longer... More

There seems to be a major issue with restaurant round this particular area overcharging tourists for quite average food! The food at this establishment was just ok (although the ploughmans cheeseboard was amazing) but at €14 again completely overpriced for what it was! Our main issue was the sheer amount of little flys that was incessantly buzzing around , one... More

We stayed in the inn for three nights, I slept well, staff were attentive and helpful, food was good, excellent value. The pub had authentic friendly atmosphere, we ate there every night after a days hiking. I highly recommend Co. Wicklow.
