From start to finish this hotel impressed (nearly): The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, quiet and cosy. The evening meal was tasty, filling and well set out. The leisure facilities were brilliant, always clean, modern, everything you could want (dont forget your swimming cap) The only one drawback was that a cleaner walked straight into our room at 11:00am, apparently... more

We had a lovely weekend break here. Its a lovely hotel, very clean, beds comfy, food yummy, close to Avoca, Bray, Dundrum Shopping Centre. The only two negatives I would give is the play room is only open in the early mornings for the children and they situated our room at the end of a long corridor where we had... more

stayed here for a friends wedding, The room was THE cleanest and roomiest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The TV would not go beyond a certain volume which is probably a good thing late at night. Could look out my window and see the beautiful view of the Glen of the Downes. Had a peek at the presidential suite... more

We loved our stay in this hotel. In an idyllic setting, the hotel is a great base from which to visit some of the Great Houses and Gardens of Wicklow, such as Powerscourt and Kilruddery. Our bedroom, which was comfortable and bright , had a panoramic view of The Glen. There is a similar view from the dining room. The... more

Our stay in the Glenview Hotel was not planned. Our hire car broke down about a couple of kilometres north of the hotel and we could not get a replacement vehicle until the next morning. The AA mechanic, Gerry, guided us there when we asked him where was the nearest accommodation. We could not have broken down in a better... more

We stqayed here for 3 nights in September and really enjoyed it. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. Ate in the restaurand on one night and the food was out of this world. Breakfast was also very good and plenty of choices. Very nice outside area for sitting out with a drink and taking in the fabulous view. The... more

Myself and my husband stayed in the Glenview Hotel in September as we were there at a wedding. The food at the wedding was excellent, the staff friendly and the room, what can I say it was amazing. We stayed in an executive suite which we booked cheaper than a standard room through Expedia.com. The interior decor was perfect and... more

Good 4 Star hotel - friendly, comfortable and good value. Stayed for one night at the end of a holiday on the west coast. We wanted a decent hotel with good food and a pool to round off our trip to Ireland - we were not disappointed. Large, comfortable family room. Restaurant has great views and good food (including a... more
