First of all there's no point in me hiding the fact, I am fussy!!! Just back from a one night stay with 3 kids (8,7 & 3). We arrived and were welcomed at reception, got to our room(family), couldn't believe how spacious it was. It was very clean and the bathroom spotless. Room was lovely and warm. We ate our... More

Returned to Sean Ogs to celebrate our first anniversary. High Standards have been maintained, but I would not expect anything less from the exceptional staff. Warm, welcoming, efficient and professional. Food was fabulous. Room spacious, comfortable and warm and view beautiful. Lovely to see familiar faces. We will be visiting more often!

So lovely and warm when we went in and as the heat is controlled from your room... More

We stayed at Seán Óg's cottages for 3 nights in November. The cottages themselves were spacious and clean (although a little shabby in places e.g. crack in the bathroom window, water damage across the bedroom ceiling). There was hot water when we needed it but the showers weren't great - very low water pressure. On the Saturday the Irish Independent... More

We had our wedding recently in Sean Og's. The hotel staff were wonderful. They couldn't do enough for us. The hotel looked beautiful, the ceremony room and the reception room were decorated beautifully, the food was second to none and the portions extremely generous. Everything happened like clockwork, as discussed previously with the manager, Graham. Nothing had been overlooked or... More

Myself and the hubby landed in Sean Og's for food on a busy Sunday afternoon with our kids. It's fantastic value for families as the kids eat free and they're not skimpy with the portions either, the kids enjoyed their food and myself and the hubby had the steak special. It was a decent meal for a fantastic price and... More
